Unsupervised Playtime in our (6ft) fenced-in yards is available free of charge.
Supervised Playtime in our (6 ft) fenced-in yards: $3.00 per 15 minute minimum.
Dogs are never in the same yard with another dog,
unless they are boarders from the same household.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We understand that people who are boarding with us for the first time will expect to be able to see the kennel. We have no problem letting someone look into the kennel to see and smell that the kennel is clean and that their dog will be comfortable. However, please understand that we sometimes have first time boarders, and dogs who have medical conditions (e.g. heart problems, epilepsy, Addison's), who will be upset and agitated by having unfamiliar people walking through the kennel. For that reason, and for your own safety, we ask that you please remain outside of the kennel and do not request to come in. The comfort and well-being of the pets in our care is of the utmost importance to us and we will do whatever it takes to ensure that.
Please also keep in mind that we clean the kennels every morning, so if you visit us before noon, the kennels may not be completely clean by then. With that in mind, you may want to plan on a visit in the early afternoon.
Grooming
Grooming may be requested for any friendly dog at reasonable rates.
Dogs that are dirty in the kennel will be washed for the safety and health of the dog
as well as maintenance of the kennel.
The owner is responsible for any needed bathing of the dog.
Grooming appointments can be made for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday.
We do not do any grooming on Sunday, Wednesday, or Saturday.
We do not accept walk-ins. Please call to schedule an appointment.
Average grooming rates of common breeds of dogs are listed below.
The actual cost will depend on the condition and behavior of the dog.
We charge $1 for every 5 minutes that we spend dematting your dog
We also have a $10 charge for missed appointments without 48 hours of notice.
